The Brewery
The Brewery has now moved to the first floor.
The new rooms are purposely fitted out. We have taken our time to make sure it is all done properly.
If you would like to see how a brewery works, you are very welcome to come and have a look around (by prior appointment).

About Us
Fulstow Brewery is owned by Phil and Dawn Ellis and commenced brewing in August 2004 in the outbuildings of 6 Northway.
The name FUGELESTOU is taken from the Doomsday Book entry for Fulstow.
We have FIVE regular beers available all of the time and seasonal beers. All other beers are exclusive ’one off’s’ and there will only be 8 or 9 firkins of each. All of our beers are manufactured using a 100% grain mash, whole hop cones and without liquid sugars or chemical head retainers.
