The Brewery

1st August 2006 was a big day for us, we had moved the brewery and this was our first brew in our new premises.
As you all know by now we have taken residence in the office building of the Louth Gas Works on Thames Street, Louth. The building has such character, its great.
About Us
Fulstow Brewery is owned by Phil and Dawn Ellis and commenced brewing in August 2004 in the outbuildings of 6 Northway.
The name FUGELESTOU is taken from the Doomsday Book entry for Fulstow.
We have FIVE regular beers available all of the time and seasonal beers. All other beers are exclusive ’one off’s’ and there will only be 8 or 9 firkins of each. All of our beers are manufactured using a 100% grain mash, whole hop cones and without liquid sugars or chemical head retainers.
